Plants clean the air through a process known as photosynthesis. As humans breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide, plants do the opposite. They convert the carbon dioxide we exhale into fresh oxygen, and they can also remove toxins from the air we breathe. Humans were meant to be insync with plants, we were meant for one another. So the more plants the better!!!

One famous NASA experiment, published in 1989, found that indoor plants can scrub the air of cancer-causing volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde and benzene!
